A Hello Kitty Themed Party
If you’re looking for some birthday party ideas for your little girl, what about a Hello Kitty party? There is so much Hello Kitty stuff available to buy that it’s really easy to set a Hellow Kitty party up. Let me give you a few ideas about organising a Hello Kitty birthday party.
The first thing you need to do is to let people know about the date. How much notice do we need to give people about the party? Four weeks notice is a good idea because people are so busy these days. Here are some options: Hello-Kitty invitations can be bought ready-made online. They can then be either posted or delivered by hand. You could print off invitations, often free, from your computer and post or hand-deliver. A third alternative is to get creative and make your own invitations. An idea is to make a card in the shape of Hello Kitty’s red bow and put a Hello Kitty sticker in the middle of the bow. Little girls love glitter so you could add this to the invitation.
Once the invitations are sent, it’s time to plan the decorations. You can buy foil Hello Kitty balloons online. Or if you keep your costs down, just get plain pink and white balloons. You can get virtually anything you could want for a party with the Hello Kitty brand: napkins, table covers, centrepieces, paper plates and cups. You can also buy Hello Kitty party hats and party bags to give to the kids when they arrive. Kids love having their faces painted – so why not get some face paints and put a cat’s face on each of them?
As far as food is concerned you could also give it a pink and white theme with sandwiches, pink iced cupcakes, a Hello Kitty birthday cake, pink popcorn and so on. Once the food is eaten then the kids need to be amused. Kids love coloring books, so why not have some Hello Kitty coloring books. Have some fun games for them to play.
I’m sure a Hello Kitty party will be one that lingers in your mind as a really enjoyable time for all. Why not visit my KittyCat costume website and check out the fantastic costumes and accessories?
